Are there any *good* websites to know how many calories are in raw juice? And does cooked and raw juice have the same amount of calories per ml (in other words, can I trust the cooked juice stats if calories is my only concern)?
I tried calorie-count.com but most of them are listed by weight, I'm sorry, but I'm not gonna start weighing my juice, who came up with listing juice quantities by weight??? If it's not by weight it simply says "1 serving", not sayong how much "1 serving" is, so their information is completely pointless other than to people who want to start weighing their juice.
I used to use nutritiondata.com but since a few months it crashes my PC whenever I try to access it.
Carrot juice is not the only one I'm interested in, I like to know of a website that tells me the calories per ml/per cup for different juices, preferably raw, but I don't think cooking it affects the calorie count.
Thanks
