It's a book. I love it. I have renewed it at the library. I don't want to give it back. It's not about raw foods exactly, but it's a really sweet book.

and FWIW-as I was driving 10 yo ds to Alchemy for dinner tonight, he said "You know what, mom? I like having a hippie mom. It's kinda cool."
