Hello everyone, I'm currently doing the master cleanse, and I'm on day 4. I have 26-36 more days to go. I'm extremely determined to eliminate all of the trash and eat food from the soil. I'm so curious about this transition, but I'm main concern would be the daily preparation of meals. How is it posible to make it easy? Thank you kindly for all responses. Have the best of days. Linkmoor :D

Linkmoor - welcome. The best thing to do while you're on the cleanse is to buy Alissa's book (and, hopefully, her DVD) and read it in preparation. It explains the entire process of going raw in simple terms, and, at the same time, motivates you so that you absolutely know you can succeed at it yourself. The forum here is great as a support -- in fact, Alissa created it as an online version of a support group she organized to help some of her clients as they went raw. So, to answer your question specifically: her book will explain how to prepare your daily meals and even gives you menus for your first 30 days.

Best of luck!! And ... welcome again.

hello Linkmoor and welcome.

I'm also doing the master cleanse. This was my first day. Everything went without a hitch.

As far as preparing raw food. I think it's easier than cooked. First of all it's faster (except for dehydrated stuff). I think the key is planning. I plan what I'm going to eat the night before. I then get up early and make my meals ( - dinner) put them all in a small collapsable cooler with an ice pack and go.

I usually bring an apple, a bannana and a bag of nuts or seeds to snack on. I also bring fresh guac with butter or head lettuce to wrap it in.

I just got my dehydrator today and since I'm doing the master cleanse, I won't be turning it on anytime soon. So, you'd have to ask others about that type of food prep.

Good luck!

Brian
