unless they say RAW: ketchup is definatley not raw ,mustard is not (although I use the organic type),almond milk from the carton is pasturized (not raw),lemon juice is pasturized,and most store bought hummus is not raw ,so make it yourself!

Mustard = not unless you make it and make it raw - there are recipes for it
Ketchup = ditto the above
Almond Milk = ditto the above - the stuff you buy at the store most likely isn't. You can blend soaked almonds with water and if you want add dates and a little sea salt to taste, strain and drink!
Hummus = ditto the above - there are hummus recipes in raw uncook books
Lemon Juice (out of the bottle) - nope

I concure with what other's have said, none of these are raw.

However they are pretty easy to make.

Mustard is the easiest, simply ground mustard seed (really easy to grown, and the leaves taste heavenly pungent), a little apple cider vinegar and maybe a bit of water if needed.

Ketchup is tomaotes, sundried tomatoes, dates and a bit of mustard powder, garlic, vinegar and spices.

lemon juice, just squeeze a lemon

almond milk, is raw almonds soaked in water over night, then rinsed, place in a high speed blender with water, about 1 part almond to 2 to 3 parts water and blap up for about 1 minute, then strain through a nut milk bag, or jelly bag, the liquid is the almond milk

Hummus is pretty easy,
soaked and sprouted garbanzo beans (although zucchini hummus is great too)
a little tahini, garlic, sea salt, olive oil and lemon juice.

Alissa has some recipes in her book,

I have condiments in mine.
