Is the almond butter called for in many of the recipes like the nut butters or is it like the coconut butter, which I assume is like a margarine/butter equivalent?
Like I said, just got the book and looking forward to the week ahead and trying some new things other than the same old falafel pate I've been eating for my first week of the challenge.
