Hmmmmm... I only grow my sprouts in water. I hope they're still as good, but if they're just allllmost as good, it sure saves me the messiness of growing inside with soil!

They're eaten at a certain stage of life where they have the most enzymes and nutrition. They haven't sent out smaller roots to take in nutrients yet, so the nutritional value would be the same for soil or water grown sprouts. You can always use Ocrean Grown fertilizer in the water mixture to help get more minerals.
