What all can I dehydrate and what do you do with them? For instance can I dehyrate mushrooms?

Tons of things to make with dehydrator. You will find many recipes such as pizza, crackers, cannoli, bread to start with. You can start your search with dehydrate pizza, cannoli, calzone, etc. You can keep that dehydrator working all the time if you wish. Enjoy.

You can pretty much dehydrate anything, all vegetables (although some might not taste so good dried ex: cucumbers) fruits, dates, soaked nuts, soaked grains... soaked buckwheat is excellent dehydrated...

hee hee... I even dehydrate my wet mesh screens and teflex after I wash them lol!
