Here you go, you can pretty much tell which ones are which, the Cheeze It's are square and orange, the Rawritos are triangles, and the Crunch Bar is chocolate!

I just don't get it....how does everyone end up with such pretty, even crackers? Mine always look very homemade. Tips?

Practice. When I first started mine looked all messed up. But now I've learned how to spread them into a square and I usually use a pizza cutter to cut them. You'll get it. You didn't know how to cook until you learned, right?

I put a blob of dough on my teflex, cover it with waxed paper and smooth it out nice and thin with a fondant smoother.
Then after a few hours in the dehydrator I score the crackers with cookie cutters (triangle for corn chip/tiny square for cheeze it)

Cool ^ do you leave the wax paper on while dehy for the first few? Or you mean just to spread it thin, then remove, then put in dehydrator?

Here's my pics of raw Nestle crunch, looks like yours!..I just made them. Judging from the bit i ate before chillin' just now, they are Yummy.

On parchment in a dish here....

This is a 1st of this type of recipe for me. Never even sprouted grouts or used my mysterious cacoa butter!

Thank you so much for the recipe and inspiration Rawererin!

I only use the waxed paper on top when I'm spreading it, after it's all spread out on the teflex and smooth I peel the waxed paper off

I actually just ate the bar, after freezing it while i was out. It was soooo good. I am doing a little dance!

I didn't use half as much cacao butter as suggested and I have the Rachel Ray style of measuring for all the ingredients..vague that is. And these still came out Puuuuurfect!

Really pleased to read on the 1st thread about this that Buckwheat grouts are not a grain.I have someone visiting who is a Celiac and loves chocolate. How great that I can offer these.
