Matt Amsdens onion bread - isn't it just amazing!!!?? I made half a batch of it - its gone a little crispy as I dehydrated it too long but... words cannot describe it!! Its so yummy :D hehe

I need to get alissas book sometime soon so I can rave about her recipes!!!

It is super good. I've made it really chopping the onions more and adding broccoli. His recipe freezes wonderfully too!
Oh you wait. Alissa's recipes are so very good! I find myself always going back to hers. They are simple and yum-oh!!!

venezia - the onion bread recipe is by matt amsden and is in his book called 'rawvolution' :)

RawSinger - its well worth the 32 hours in the dehydrator!! :P
