Do you recommend soaking the nuts? I'm making Alissa's pizza and the cheese recipe doesn't say to soak but I feel like it won't blend if I don't. Advice please! Thanks.

I soak all nuts I use in recipes except for macadamias. Even if only for an hour or two. Helps break down the enzyme prohibitors.
