New Here form Arkansas..

Hello, I am new here from arkansas.. I think i posted this already in the 30 day challenge thread.. I wont repeat all i have said over there. I am just glad to be here, and want to do this right . I bought Living on Raw food back in 05 or 06 cant remember but a lot of water has run under the bridge since then. So i am back with a new attitude.. lol.. hope to get lots of advice and mabey give some too. Sheila
