I have been trying to make flax crackers and it takes 2 days to dehydrate them. can we increase the temp a little to get them done faster.

I made sprouted quinoa, flax strawberry roll ups they came out in 1 day and they are good with tahini and raw honey all rolled up.

does anybody have any really easy dehdrator recipes.

Hey Tracy! What temp are you dehydrating at and how thick are your crackers. It shouldn't take more than 24 hours for thick crackers ~ less if they are thin (obviously). Flax is pretty hardy, we dehydrate at 105 usually. Shine72 makes incredible crackers using flax and salsa. Easy and DELICIOUS (my dh's favorite cracker). I have also made buckwheat crackers minus flax as I am not a fan and they came out like bread. Crunchy bread but still.....

Good luck to ya! :D

You can start them in the Dehy. and finish them by just air drying, leaving them open in a well venilated place.
