Good morning all. Would someone mind taking a minute to give me the recipe for "Grawnola"? I noticed that "Morn" has used it a lot and I thought I'd better try it as I am following her story and want to do this right this time. I checked Alissa's book, and RawVolution and can't find it on this forum. Thanks.:)

I found a thread that listed a couple of ways that people use, I hope that helps. I bumped it up for you in the recipe section.
You could make granola out of any type of nut, seed, oats, buckwheat etc...and some type of sweetner either dates or agave, mix well and dehydrate. My advice it to use what you love (I love a more "nutty granola") give it a rough chop in the FP (only if you want to) and dehydrate it. A sqeeze of lemon and alittle sea salt goes a long way.
Good luck...have fun with it.

tvillemom - Yes, I sure will have fun - when I get some food in my pantry - am having a group over tomorrow night - so am busy preparing SAD food for that - then I will get MY food on Friday and start making a couple of raw recipes including some of this grawnola. Thank you very much for your help. But I'm proud of myself today as I have had 2 yummy, raw meals so far and I have energy today for which I am grateful.:) Hope you are having a good day too.;)
