I am looking for a reputable source of raw, organic pistachios in the United States.
If you have found one, would you please post about it?
Thanks!

Hi Walnutty -
raw pistachios are a difficult thing to find as most processors heat them to minimize the risk of mold. I will keep an eye out for you though!

Thank you!
I just have a favorite snack by "Living Intentions Gone Nuts!". It's their Chipotle Pistachios. BUT they are sooooo expensive ($6.00 for a 3.5 oz bag). I wanted to start making them on my own, but I can't find the pistachios...:(

Sorry to hijack this thread, but I see (Walnutty) that you are a Clay Aiken fan. Being from NC....I think we all are here to an extent. Funny. I love to hear him sing.....he's such a nerd though.:p :D (even with the new hair....I actually don't like the way I saw his hair last time I saw him!:o )
Like I said, sorry to hijack.

nutsonline.com has them. i emailed them a few days ago to ask if theeir nuts were truly raw and they said all but the almonds are truly raw and never heated. so this is an option for you. they have them roasted and in flavors, (i know thats not what you are looking for) but just so you know when you see the page to just keep looking, they're there! hope this helps
