dehydrated foods. I just can't. I've tried and tried and they just gag me. If I do get them down, I feel ill.

Do you think it ok to just eat fruits and veggies and nuts in their original form? This is all I really like. Am I going to be getting enough calories this way?

I doubt dehydrating your food will give you more calories. :p

Eat what you want; when you want; don't worry, be happy and play with your food.

many raw foodists choose not to dehydrate. Do what feels right for you.:)
