Just whipped this creme yogurt up
Hemp seed milk-1/4-1/2C
Mix of nuts 1/2C
Brazil-Almond-Cashew-Hazel
Cinnamon dash- or 3
Raw honey 1T
1 Banana
1C ice
Carob or cocoa nibs- To taste-
Put in blender I mixed ground the nuts first to fine powder then added milk and ice comes out like a cream by far the best ice cream pudding ive had yet.

Took me 5 minutes.
