Hi everyone, I am new to the board and to the raw food lifestyle. My sister has been raw for a while and she posts here often. Hi Steph! I am a stay at home mom to seven. We are a blended family, I had four, he had two and now we have one together. My hubby is an Austin fireman and he is wonderful. Our four boys are 10,11,13 and 14. Our three girls are 7 months, 4 and 8. I am currently the only one eating this way, and it is a struggle. My husband is diabetic, so I would love for him to try it for a while to see how beneficial it can be for him. I am hoping that I can just lead by example.

hey neighbor! i am in mckinney just outside of dallas! I love Austin! We went on a weekend getaway a little place called "BedRox" so cool....anyway...welcome!!!

Welcome! I just left Austin two years ago but lived there most of my life. What a great place to do RAW.

Aloha and Welcome to RFT!! WOW! your family sounds lovely! You will do just fine -- even though you are the only one right NOW that is eating this way - I think you will find that over time, the example you are setting will trickle over onto the kids and you will see subtle changes in them too over time!!
