Marinade

Hi! Im looking through Alissa'a recipes and I wonder, what can I use instead of Braggs Liquid Aminos, when it comes to marinade different things?
(I was planing to make the Collard Rolls, but dont know how to marinade the mushroom and onions...)

Do any of you have a good marinade recipe to share? :)

How about a lemon/olive oil, pinch of salt combo I never use Braggs in anything, but if I was making such a dish I would think this way or even a filling that has avo., tomatoe, hot pepper, onion, garlic all mashed together and spread on the leaf roll. I may not even use the mushrooms as that takes lots of oil, but you can cut it super small however. Just my first thoughts.

Nama Shoyu?

I dont use nama shoyu either, the shops here I live dont have raw marinade sauce (or any raw sauce at all...) so I have to make it myself. :)

Not a dumb idea carolg! I think I will try that :)
