Found a no dehydrator recipe on goneraw. Had to improvise and used some sunflower and mostly pepitas and already had made some lemon tahini dressing that I added and extra carrots and yellow pepper. Didn't have any coriander. and used garlic powder instead.

Okay didn't realy make a ball with it but more pate'. Cut up some cucumber, added some pico de gallo that I had and 2 Tbls of the falafel...all in the bowl and yummy.

Here's the recipe as written. Actually I think I made a lot of changes due to what I had on hand, but it was still delish. Like didn't grind sunflower seeds/pepitas to powder, but kind of grainy.

2c sunflower seeds, unsoaked; 1c coriander; 1/1 t. ground cumin;some onion; 2T tahini; squeeze of lemon; 2 cloves garlic; pinch seasalt.

Grind sunflowers to powder. Pre-soak if you like. Then add other ingredients. Roll up on greens.
