Good morning everyone,
I was just wondering what everyone kept in their coolers as the basics for their juicing... J

Reading this thread title I thought, "Why would anyone wanna juice staples? Wouldn't that be a bit, um, metallic?" LOL!

I always have a mixtures of greens, from spinach to collards to dandelion greens, beet and carrot tops, etc.
Also, carrots, beets, apples, oranges, grapefruit, celery to juice with that.

I'm a green smoothie gal however. I don't juice too very often, once in a while. I prefer getting all the fiber I can...

Mostly greens for me (including wheatgrass).

Ignoring the wheatgrass side of things, I like to juice half of my greens (e.g. kale, cabbage etc.) and then put this juice in my blender, along with the other half of the greens, still in their whole state, then hit the button! The resulting smoothie is excellent.
