I've been looking for an active raw support forum like this one for awhile. Some of the folks on the living-foods page told me about the 30 day challenge you host here which I wanted to start on my own so I thought I would go ahead and join in here. If anyone else is looking for a raw support group, or doing the challenge for April, feel free to get in touch with me and maybe we can help one another stay on track. Also if you're in the sacramento or bay area feel free to say hi.
I do have a little technical issue... maybe someone could help? I wanted to use a tickerfactory.com tracker for the 30 day challenge so I pasted the code for vbulletin boards into my signature. It's only showing a link instead of the tracker itself. Does anyone know how to get this working?

Welcome! I do have a ticker on my blog page. It took me a few tries to get it. If one of the codes doesn't work, try another one. Unfortunately I can't remember which one worked, just that I have to try all of them every time I update the thing! Also, after you insert the code and click "save changes", you have to then go back to your blog main page to see if it worked. I really don't know if they work on signatures, but I haven't seen one being used like that.

Hi again everyone and thanks for the help and greetings. I'll start exploring the blog and just put the ticker on there as some of you suggested. As for the 30 day challenge, I already signed up and have my supplies! Hopefully, A group of people and I will be doing green smoothies and water based fruit or juice exclusively as a 30 day cleanse and renewal process. It's going to be great. If anyone else wants to do that, just let me know. The more we support each other, the better.

Hey Sentry. Welcome. I'm in Sacramento, just moved here from the Bay Area. There is a RawSacramento yahoo group and I believe they have monthly potluck socials. Best wishes on your journey.

Hi, I'm from the Chico area. We go to the Sac area frequently; we have family in Fair Oaks, Rocklin, and Placerville. Good luck with your journey. I'm kind of new here, too, though I have had some experience with the raw lifestyle a few years ago. Anyway, welcome. Darlene

I'm doing the april challenge and was wondering if anyone else doing it would like to be my blog buddy? We would read each others blogs and leave positive comments. I have really short entries... pretty much what i ate and a comment or too, plus I have a ticker factory tracker for pounds lost. Please private message me or something if you're interested and we can subscribe to each other's blogs and chime in. Thanks

I am 27 years old, 5’5” tall and 180 pounds in weight. I want to loose my weight at least 50 pounds. I am looking for a practical diet, I dislike grapefruit and fish! All diets I see involve these two things. Also I don’t need weight watchers or Adkins diets either. And I like quick action on this. Any helpful suggestion and advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot.

I would love to have a raw buddy.
