i'm intrested in adding some supplements to my diet. i worry though about it interferring with my birth control. (i would love to stop taking it but it's just not realistic right now.)
is there any vitamins/supplements/whatever that would interfere with my bc's efficiency that i should stay away from?

Just a thought, but I suggest you do research online, seeing as though that could produce more solid evidence/advice/facts....

There's always natural family planning, which is over 99% effective (more than the pill) when learned and used correctly. It is much healthier for your body and your relationship.
www.ccli.org is one site where you can learn more...

I know that St. John's Wort affects BC pill, but beyond that I don't know...

The only medication I had to worry about was taking antibiotics while on birth control, because they eliminate bc effectiveness. If you ever need to take an antibiotic, use a back-up method!!!
