I just bought a pint-size plastic container of sprouted wheatgrass from the grocery store and am not entirely sure what to do with it. Also, I don't know much about how it grows.

Do I snip off the blades and juice them or juice the roots too?

If I do just juice the blades, will it grow back? It looks like it's growing in dirt. Should I re-plant it in a proper container?

Any and all help appreciated!

Juice the blades. Toss the rest after you've used what's there.

That's kind of a small container for wheatgrass. Was it for pets or humans? It will grow back if you want to juice it again, but it looses most of its nutrients on the second growth. Keep it watered.

are you sure it wasn't for your pet? usually wheat grass (rather than the oat grass for pets) comes in a flat around 20" x 10"

Is there really a difference other then the container?

It was in the people food section.
