Raw crackers

Has anyone ever eaten store bought flaxseed crackers? Are these still considered raw? I was trying to find a faster way. I keep trying to stick with the diet and get stressed with eating the same foods. :confused:

Depends on the cracker. Some are raw and some are not. I've seen some that say they are raw. If yours don't then they probably aren't.

I've eaten some that were clearly labeled raw, and for the cost of the crackers and the price of shipping AND the limited amount of flavors, I found it easier (and cheaper) to bite the bullet and make my own.
