I don't really like getting lettuce for wraps as normally only about 30% of the leaves are ok to use as a wrap and the smaller ones are pointless as they have no nutrition and aren't worth eating.

What else can be used for wraps/buritos? Does anyone have a recipe for a flexible burito? I have one from Gabriel Cousens book and it's pretty much just avodaco and flax seeds, but can they be made without avo?

Otherwise what are alternatives to eat things you'd normally put in a burito like taco meat?

Thanks

here's a filling that uses pumpkin seeds:

And for the outside, I like to use collard greens, they are nice and big and can hold a lot of stuff!
