I have seen a lot of posts about the methods used by Dr. Clark.

From what I have read about (I have two of her books), it makes a lot of sense about the cleansing (parasites, liver, kidney, etc...)

The inconsistencies I see are that she doesn't try to improve diet, just do things like zappicate food to get rid of chemicals and toxins.

Does anyone use the zappicator on their food? What do you think about her research?

My main question is, if it gets rid of the bad stuff, what does it do to the good stuff, like vitamins, minerals, enzymes, etc...

Any opinions?

Thanks for your thoughts!

I have no Idea, just wanted to let you know someone is here. I have not read Dr. Clark's Book. I did see a comercial for an instrument that cleaned all the chemicals off Fruit and Vegetables. You know it was Late Night and I did not write down the information. Hope someone reads this that can give you the help you need ..Have a RAW Day.

Thanks for responding! Maybe someone will come across this who has some thoughts or info.

Speaking of cleaning fruits and veggies, I use a non-toxic plant based soap called Botanic Gold for all kinds of uses, one being a produce wash.
