I'm the only raw person in my house, and I'd like to start making more nutmilk, but it spoils too quickly on me, then it gets wasted.
Can I make a batch of nut milk, then freeze 2 cup servings that I can thaw out at a later time, or will freezing it ruin the milk?
Help!

Freeze it in ice cube trays and then store the cubes. You can also just use your Freezeable glass.....Have a RAW Day.

I've not had good experiences freezing nutmilk, but I suppose I can't vouch for ALL types of nuts potentially used.
If you simply enjoy the taste of it, you might do better to make it in small amounts on a regular basis. If your goal is to add more nuts to your diet, try incorporating them into smoothies.

I would freeze it rather than allowing it to spoil but I think you're better off drinking it fresh. Why don't you just make a smaller amount?
I understand your dilemma; I prepare for one too.

How about just making instant/quick nut milk
tahini or cashew butter
blend with water, done! make yourself a cup full or blender full
You can also do it with almond flour..but just not as creamy..
oh just remebered.. Hemp seeds..hemp milk..no straining needed! extra fast..
Also, are you storing it in mason jars?? This helps keep it extra fresh!
