okie dokie fellow raw go'ers. Im ready to for some kind of fast. The only problem is i dont know how to fast. I think i want to go for any kind of "liquid fast" this includes green smoothies as well as juice :)..sound good? My question is..what supplements do i take? or do i not take supplements? can i add 100% vegan protein powder to my juice or smoothie? here is why i want to do this..
For the past month ive been eating about 70% raw, and loving it! The only thing i dont eat thats not raw is steamed veggies and fish :((sowwy fisshhyy..but yeah i think i do pretty decent..so today i just thought well..i kind of want some bread and oatmeal, and pizza..yeah i overdid it a little..but i spaced them out..for example i had oatmeal and toast for lunch..and pizza for dinner..ok anyways..my point isss i feeel like crap. Literally, im bloated, im tired, my psoriasis flared, and man do i feel like crap, i just feel huggge, ive been drinking water all day and i feel like its just stuck in my gut with all the food i put in it. and this is my rant onto why i want to fast.lol
and so..for all you who have fasted before/ know tons of information about fasting..please educate me a little so i dont screw up my body too much.lol. im doing this to get everything out, and detox my body :).
