Hey all,

Suggestion, please.

I have been on all raw,ZERO cooked food from a very bad junk food diet for about two months. Now, the past week, I have been bombarded with burping, spasmatic pains in my tummy, rolling feeling and growling in my tummy and I'm burping in reverse alot and need to stay really close to the restroom and it's not throw up.
miserable.

Need to know, what is really going on. all answers welcome, please:o

Thank you

Are you eating a LOT? Maybe you're eating too much and could use a bit of a cut down?

Are you drinking green smoothies? They can really help to get things moving. You WANT (I think!) stuff to EXIT your body! :)

Personally, I'd do a few rounds of enemas ... maybe 7-8... just to assist the process. Sounds to me like raw food is working for you!

Heh, there is no problem there, like I said, I can't stray too far from the restroom, and so that is the problem!

No, I'm not eating hardly at all. Havent had much of an appetite since this began.

So, Revvell, you say raw is working for me meaning that this is a good thing? Sorta like a detox?
:)

i would add in some green smoothies... while you don't want to eat. it's amazing how healing these are!

Thanks. Just the though of a green smoothie leaves me feeling queezy right now, most foods do. I've been craving seaweed and lemons for some reason, but nothing else. This is so uncomfortable and hope it goes away fast.

You are all so kind. Thanks again for your help.:)

Wooo, that makes me feel better. Now I'm convinced that it's not that I'm sick, but that I'm actually getting healthier. This is a mighty detox that's for sure:D

Thank you!!!

If you're having those problems I would actually go easy on the fiber for the moment and stick with green juices, lemon water...eat your seaweed, too.

eat what you are craving - i've learned to really listen to the healthy craving and give in. many people including myself and victoria boutenko's family found that what they were craving were directly related to what their bodies needed to heal at the moment.

sending u lots of lucky stars and strength to hang in there.......this too shall pass.

Hello there,

Your body is telling you that it wants to stop eating for a bit and/or greatly simplify your diet. Try just eating one thing at a time for awhile (mono meals) and eating much less overall for several days to a week if you feel that you absolutley can't stop eating for a couple of days. Avoid hard foods that many people find hard to digest such as cruciferous veggies (broccoli, cauliflower), tought greens like collard, kale,etc..., nuts and oils. Focus more on easy to digest juicy and soft fruit (mono meals still).

If you do the above you will feel much better very soon!!!

Blessings!
