I came to this forum via Audrey at www.rawhealing.com.
I first tried raw in 2003, then last year for about 4 months.
I'm back yet again because this is really the one thing that helps me. I have a lot of pain, fatigue and then depression.
Before I wasn't able to cope with the pain issues I had while detoxing. This year I have some different techniques and it's already better. I didn't think the pain would start to go away this fast as I've had "Chronic fatigue" and "Fibromyalgia" for 6 years.
I had also read "Dying to get well" last year and am reading it again this year. It can be purchased OR you can download it for free. Audrey reminded me of it. I had forgotten how incredibly helpful it was.
An acupuncturist told me that they just call disease one thing, phlegm in the body.
Anyway, I hope to run into more people on the boards that have FMS/CFS and also have had pain issues while detoxing.
