It's almost time for the conclusion of the March challenge and I was wondering how many have released a little weight? I'm sure those who are new have perhaps a larger number than veterans who are more stabilized. Thought it would be interesting to make a note of.
Gearing up to start on Monday and calling it April.
Keep marching on...

I've actually released 10 pounds this month by doing a juicefeast for one week. This is after not losing any weight on raw for close to five months. However maybe because of all the emotional detox I've been through, being raw has become more about increasing my emotional and spiritual growth than about the weight loss. And in response to my changed attitude it seems it's easier for me to stay raw and the weight is coming off on it's own with my worrying about it.

I've had a few non-raw days, but have "released" 4 lbs and except for the 3-4 SAD days I have felt wonderful on the other days. Its one thing to be raw in my own house, with my husband and daughter, but a completely different thing to try to explain to my parents, sister & brother and law, and friends who thinks its weird... The biggest problem right now is eating at friends/families houses...example, Easter, and dinner parties.

15 for me. :) I've been 90 - 95% raw this month and am looking forward to the same or better in April.

I lost only one pound, but I went down a pant size. I've been exercising a lot this month, particularly weight lifting. So my body has changed a great deal, but the muscle weight is making the scale seem stubborn. I've also been detoxing a lot, so I think there's some deeper level cleansing that's gone on. I'm excited for April!

My only 2 100% days were at the end of March - but in those 2 days I lost 1 lb. Ah, and through the course of March, lost a pant size.

I was 100% raw for almost 2 weeks. I do raw, get sick, go partially raw, etc.
Anyway, this time I got bronchitis and had to go to a doctor. I was on antibiotics as of Thursday. that weekend was Easter and I had to meet my brother and his family at a golf resort. The closest I got to raw Sat and Sun was my very rare steak and a lot of salad. So there's the back ground. Last blood test was 6 months ago. I was doing around 50% raw then.
My T3 test (thyroid) came back out of normal range for the first time ever. I lost 20 pounds in the last month and a co-worker noticed I had more energy and looked and sounded happier.

Glad to see all those tests looking great! It just drives a person to stay raw. You're awsome.
