Hello all i am new to this...... just beginnign today so any ideas are good! my name is tina i amm 28 was 176 pounds in november after strict dieting and workout i am not 150 lbs.... but im trying this as a lifestyle change

Best tip I can give you .... get Alissa Book LIVING on Live Foods.... there is soo much information and wonderful recipes!! It will really help you on your journey! It was the BEST tool I had when I first went raw....

I think you will find that losing weight on raw foods is much easier than through regular dieting. I wish you all the best!
