Raw honey

At the health food store they told me is the honey says unpasteurized, that means its raw. Is this true?

It's raw.
As to whether it is vegan or not, that is debatable.
Since bees are "animals," some vegans consider honey to be an animal product, and don't use it.

Yep sure is raw! I love it sooo much, it adds such depth of flavor and you can get different kinds too!
