Help! I'm making a bread recipe soon and I need to make sure that the soft wheat berries I have are soft wheat berries.
Thanks in advance,
Francesca

They look similar to barley, but not identical. Here's a pic:

I have made bread with sprouted soft wheat berries (soaked one day, sprouted one day as the recipes asked for) and it was terrible. Any ideas? Do I need a homogenizing juicer to get the right texture?
Thanks!
