Does anyone have any good suggestions for using these seeds?
Thanks!

only about a million!!!!
put them in a jar and add water. shake. wait 15 minutes shake again. put into the fridge. they will last 3 weeks. during this time, add them to:
smoothies
salads
desserts
soups
of course you can also use them dry, but be sure to drink lots with them as they absorb lots of water.
take banana slices and dip them in chia seeds - eat
same with apple slices
sprinkle on salads, fruit salads
or you can simply take a spoonful of soaked chia seeds and swallow them down as they with rehydrate you, good to do before working out or a run!

I take a few tablespoons and soak them overnight in nut milk. Then in the morning, I top it with some fresh fruit (sliced bananas are always handy, but ripe pears are divine!) and a drizzle of maple syrup/agave. It's scrumptious!

Thanks guys
So it sounds like I can either put a tbsp into my smoothie or make the gel and add that to my smoothie. Is it better to make the gel first?

WHERE can I get these? Are they ALL raw, or do I need to look for raw?? I can't find them in the HFS....I really want to try some....

i get mine from matt monarch (http://www.rawveganbooks.com/product_info.php?ref=199&products_id=1001333&affiliate_banner_id=1).
yes, it's better to soak them first before adding to your smoothie as they absorb lots of water and by soaking them first, you aren't depleting your fluids you are increasing! :D
