HI everyone,
I was having a great few days raw. I had been ill recently, and I think it was detox since I was feeling much better after the flu had gone away. I was feeling fine the last few days except for some stomach pains I have been noticing after I eat (usually when something that is not quite raw is included, like non-raw salad dressing). Today I woke up and (so sorry if TMI) but was having diarrhea. And it was looking as though my food is not digesting properly... I had this through the morning, and just had lunch. Now my stomach hurts again.
I haven't felt like eating much lately either. The last few days I've been eating mainly just fruit for breakfast and dinner, and a salad for lunch. Today I had a GS in the morning, and a salad for lunch.
I'm thinking of fasting since my body doesn't feel like eating much, but I feel really weak and tired right now.
Is this a deficiency of some sort? Maybe I should start taking Vitamin B-12 again? Or is this just a normal phase? I really feel like my body doesn't want any food right now, but I don't want to stop eating and have my metabolism shut down.
