View Full Version : I'm experimenting with a quickie pizza dough.

I soaked buckwheat for a whole day and dehdrated some broccoli and red peppers and put these together in my blender and whizzed it all up until it was smooth.
I put it all in a pie plate and sprinked on paprika and pour olive oil over the top, then i put it in my convection oven for about 45 min. on low heat.
It tastes real good but what else could i have done to make it chewy?
Also i'm wondering if i could have added something else to it maybe some soft wheat soaked and blended with the buckwheat.
Anyone it is so tasty. I'm going to slice up some sweet onions and thinly sliced mushrooms to spread on top.

The olive oil really did it for me.
I spread another thin layer on top about 15 min. before i took it out of the convection oven, yummy.
This is the easiest bread i've ever made, hooray for buckwheat, it's the KING:D
