Stomach. Upset.

This will be day 3 of what's ending up being really bad stomach and digestive problems...the gross kind at that. I'm fairly certain I'm not ill, and I haven't eaten anything I don't normally eat. Any ideas on what might be going on?

I'm having exactly the same thing! Its so weird.

Maybe there is some collective consciousness going on since there are more than a few of us feeling this way today... I know my stomach is not happy and I've been having digestive issues. I don't even want to eat right now and I feel kind of weak as well. My eating habits have been normal as well, and also consistently raw.

Yeah....lots of things that I normally like to eat haven't sounded good at all. For example, bananas blended up with cacao...took a few sips and couldn't finish it. It's in my fridge at the moment.

That's too bad- that sounds yummy and is usually something I'd be eating too. I brought some fruit into work today and haven't had any of it. I did have a salad at lunch (really simple- just guac and lettuce with tomato) and my stomach is lecturing me...

I don't know what is going on. Maybe the change of seasons or something is spurring a detox? I feel like my symptoms may be productive long term, like there is some housecleaning happening internally. what about yours?
