Hard headed and determined

After a year of playing around with the idea, I am ready to go raw.
Life has been good to me, so why let it stop now?
I have developed some health problems, I should have seen them
coming with my genes.
I am determined to overcome them and live life as active and free as ever.
I hope to get alot of encouragement and helpful hints.
Back in the 60's I was tiny, long blonde hair, and ready to try anything.
Alot has changed since then but underneath all the experience we are
bound to be the same individuals only better.
I am excited about this new adventure!

If you haven't gotten Alissa's book -- it's a great investment and will really help you on your journey --- the recipes are FANTASTIC.... and the book answers so many questions that pop up!!
