Well... due to poor planning I ate out today for lunch and ate Cooked and a tad of dairy-- dressing. I had a ceasar salad plain aka just lettuce lol... and roasted veggie platter (From Nordstrom). It's beautiful and amazing and used to eat it all the time... ask for just evoo no butter... they season it up and voila a huge tray of roasted red pepper, zuchini, yellow peppers, corn and huge whole carrots. BUT I immediately felt sick from this what I used to consider extremely "healthy" lunch. Already had a BM--sorry if TMI. And now my tummy is doing flips.

Ahhh. Trying to flush it out with water, but I guess all I can say is that everyone is right... I litterally cannot handle cooked and dairy now after just nearly 4 weeks of on and off 100% raw (the last week has been 100%).

I have tried to eat a small amount of barely cooked vegies and had a similar experience. I think it is the heated oils that make me feel so bad. They taste bad and feel strange on my tongue now! I hope you feel better!

I hear you. I'm sure that eating healthier will make you more sensitive to 'crap' as time goes on. Is that a bad thing? LOL.

That's too bad. I hope you start to feel better. The great thing is the longer on raw the more incentive you have to stay on it when you eat something non-raw.

I had this exact experience a week or so ago when I hate a spring roll that had all raw veggies inside, but was wrapped in rice paper sheets. I also has some non-raw coconut thai soup. My stomach hurt so bad I ended up not being able to keep some of it down. My stomach was yelling at me for a day afterward.

Its actually really cool to see how quickly our bodies adjust to health and how absolutely efficient they are at letting us know when we ate something that was not okay.

Awww, welcome to "cooked food revenge"! :-) It does happen quickly, doesn't it? Our bodies are SOOOOO smart!!!! :-)

As David said, it is a good thing!!!

You will feel better very soon!!
