What's the best abs video that you guys can recommend or you tried it and really liked it?

I really like Coremax by Cathe Frederich (has like 3 30 min ab workouts and they are tough!), Butts and Guts by Cathe is good too and also has a leg workout, and Squeeze by Tracy Effinger has a couple really good ab workouts that leave me sore. Those are my three abs workouts I reach for. I also have a stability ball and a 8lb medicine ball that I use.

wow, I looked at the both videos(previews) and they are amazing. I just have to find them somewhere where it's not so expensive but I really want to get my abs firm and nice before the swim suit season starts. Where did you buy the videos from?

Well I got Core Max from Amazon and got Butts and Guts from Cathe.com when it was on presale so it was cheaper. Squeeze I just bought it outright from the website.

Hip Hop Abs or Rockin Body By Shaun T
It's fun and you don't even know you are working your abs or other parts, just dancing!
Enjoy!

I have been working out with personal trainer for past few months. Originally my fat stomach was holding me back from even getting a little bit of a sit up going, but now I am flinging my arms up over my head and doing 20 each for two times. I'm amazed and stomach is going down. I had C section way back 33 years ago and cut up/down, but now there is life to the supposedly cut muscles with flatter stomach too.
Sorry, don't use any form of videos. Maybe try ebay, or half.com if amazon doesn't have.
