This is freaking brilliant. I got it at Hobby Lobby a while ago and just used it, it's called a Fondant smoother, it was about $4 before their sale price, and it really gets your dough even and smooth and thin.
I put a blob of dough on my teflex, then put a sheet of waxed paper of that, then smooth out the dough with the Fondant Smoother, pop it in the dehydrator and an hour or two later I score my dough with triangle cookie cutters, which is great for corn chips (what I just made) they are consistent and look like doritos!
