need some ideas please, I'm mostly curious about what my liquid base should be.

liquid base... just use water.

my fav cocao green soothie recipe is simple:
i just put stuff in the blender, so adjust to taste:)

* 1 tablespoon Black sesame seeds -grind first
* 1 tablespoon flax seeds -grind first
* 1-2 tablespoon Cacao nibs
* water
* 1-2 bananas
* ½ teaspoon Maca, (I used a little bit more, however much you'd normally use)
* Greens of choice, I use spinach or beet greens
*dates or agave for sweetening, but i find the bananas to be sweet enough
