I was at my very first Raw restaurant in Toronto a week ago...wow, wow, WOW! I had a slice of amazing raw pizza (with sunflower sprouts on it and some sort of nut cheese that tasted FANTASTIC)..., then some raw soup (sweet potato based)..also amazing.
And then, the kicker, I had dessert...delicious!
The owner of the restaurant called it a Fruit Roll-Up...I think it was one of those crepes with banana in it and wrapped in a type of fruit leather. It had some type of amazing sauce on it too...wow..I was blown away.
Sorry to be so effusive, but would that be the "Crepes" that I keep hearing about? I'm dying to make those! After I get back from Texas I'm for sure getting my dehydrator (at long last!).
