I personally think eating raw vegetables and leafy portions of fruits is the best way to get chlorophyll. You'll also be getting all the other benefits in those vegetables; calcium, magnesium, vitamins, antioxidants, enzymes, protein, essential fats... They do require a good blender such as a vitamix or blendtec to break down the cell walls enough for the body to get full benefit.

For those interested in the benefits of chlorophyll RAWCA has mentioned:

Fresh beautiful fruits and vegetables. ;)

WheatgrassProfessional.info has some interesting articles on the benefits of wheatgrass juice on (amongst other issues) skin complaints. Note, though, that it is the opinion of the doctor who has written those articles that it is not necessarily the chlorophyll that is the critical factor in the healing efficacy of wheatgrass juice. This is an interesting viewpoint and he does acknowledge that it is at odds with the accepted wisdom on the subject, passed down over the last several decades. I think you'll find his website makes for quite interesting reading.
