Kelp Powder

Good morning all. What section of Whole Foods would I find kelp powder? I am dying to make the mock tuna.

Hmmm. Try the ethnic foods section. Maybe ask them where they keep seaweed? That's where I got mine.

yes, revvell is right; they are usually in the ethnic foods sections, along side fake miso soups, pickled ginger, tamari sauces etc. etc.

I've also found it in the bulk food isle. There is a section that has bulk spices in large jars. You can just scoop our how much you need and put it in a zip lock bag.
