Hello all, Im new to Raw started about 2 weeks ago. I have been having my usual morning espresso sometimes. Other then that I'm completely Raw. I over eat alot! that Is one of my reasons for going raw. I am in good shape and weigh around 150, 22 yr old male. I exercise daily, Road biking in the summer, rock climbing, snowboarding, wakeskating.. etc Very active. I want to cut down body fat. Another reason I have heard of was good health benefits. I have a terrible back problem in my upper back T5,6,7 slightly twisted and I want to rid myself of this pain. I go to art school and do alot of drawing - Painting, Also alot of computer work.
I just want to live a more healthy life, as far as diet goes. Im pretty much done with meat and only miss cheese. although I have been making it Raw.
I have some creations made up so far but the more research on do on recipes they are already posted.
So far I feel pretty normal. Feels like it takes longer to recover for hard workouts (cardio- Legs stay sore). The first 4 days I felt tired and weak.
Well, I look forward to reading your discussions and recipes and I can promise I will contribute some new ones for you all to hopefully enjoy.
