No kidding it is fun and full of laughter with a group of others. Google it. Has many health benefits. Off to laugh now as 45 minutes with others who love this. 3rd time today I am going to free class. Very little yoga except a small stretch and breathing exercise; otherwise, it's laughter all the way!

It was so much fun again yesterday in the laughter yoga class. Quite an experience.

My instructor is going to be gone for today's class so it is cancelled. She wrote us and told us it's not an April Fool's day joke, but she will be gone this week. Also found out we are in Laughter Week and I heard there is an International Laughter Day believing this week too.
Interesting comment by hubby:
My hubby gets offended when he hears me talk to others saying he never laughs. He said I just never see him. Well I see him lots so the small % I could have missed, but doubt. Today he said I never see him laugh cause "I don't make him laugh." I can't believe he expects me to make him laugh. He has the concept laughing is a "silent" thing and when I looked up the meaning it is an audible sound (so it's heard!). We don't run around much with people, do any fun activities so without watching a funny movie, or having something that generates laughter things are kind of "boring." I'm not saying feel sorry for me as I get to the gym almost daily to release my frustrations through classes such as yoga too. One day a week, I do get to laugh at the yoga class outside gym.
He also believes smiling is done inwardly.
I think he missed something along the way about laughter and smiling being outward expressions. I don't get into educating him as I tried, and he becomes defensive, so I resigned from his reality and world thinking. He has the freedom to believe as he sees fit. Can't change a person who is not willing to change so I move forward on trying to "launch" my dreams.
