Okay, I'll go first! ;)
Stayed in bed an extra half hour cuddling my 2 yo DD
Sesame oil pulling
Reread portions of Gillian McKeith's "You are what you eat" re detox and raw
Had a berry spinach smoothie
Made a huge pot of nettle/celery seed tea for cleansing
Did dry brushing then had a bath with some flax oil added
Applied honey to my face and let it soak. Soft!

Now on my way for a quick workout before we begin school for the day.

bought myself another 3 month fitness pass
laid in bed cuddling with my hubby
went for a long walk in the beautiful sunshine with my daughter and two dogs
pampered myself with yummy green smoothies all day
smiled when two guys in their 20's checked me out!!! (can we say cougar?) LOL
assisted a friend with her pain by sending reiki... (send reiki get reiki so yup it benefited me)

Great question..I kinda sort asked the same thing in the "April Fitness Fun" thread....

Today, I took some more "me" time and enjoyed tea, doing research (because I wanted to and not because I had to) and watching King of Queens...decided not to rip and run all over town and stress about not having enough time in the day to do assignments which are due next week...

Worked out for an hour this morning
Had a wonderful green smoothie
Had wonderful blueberry turtle cookies
Started a new (part time) job at my LHFS
Weeded/mowed/soaked up vitamin D
Thought great thoughts about me
Working out for another hour tonight

Let's see...
dry skin brushing
made a pineapple, orange, cherry, & spring mix smoothie for breakfast.
finished my first painting this morning (acrylic)
went to my favorite produce market & got some "personal size" watermelons
went for a long walk in the sun (and wind)
wanted to get a massage today ... maybe tomorrow... (I love massages so much)

i just made myself a sweet smoothie: pineapple (fresh and organic), watermelon, banana and a little spinach. yummmmmmmmmmmmy!

I did a bellydancing exercise video and then an hour yoga video.
Walked my dog in the park. Drank cabbage, celery, and carrot juice.
Made almond cardamom mylk for myself. Yummm!
That's a lot of "me" stuff for one day!

I braided my hair in lots of tiny braids.
I took time to make myself some nice raw food.
I experimented with curly leaf kale (more about that in another thread!)
Got to bed early! I love sleep :D .

made a tall glass of fresh veggie juice
went to hear David Jubb speak
ate a sliver of raw mamay pie

:) Listening to 'Alone in Iz World' with my 2 yo DD as she falls asleep
:) We took our kids to our favorite park this afternoon and while DH played with them, I slept for about an hour in the sun, on the grass. Heaven!
:) Had two juicy mangoes for supper

Today I:
delighted in the nourishing, hydrating goodness of my breakfast green juice
visited with family/friends and enjoyed my son's baseball game
took an afternoon nap w/hubby and dog
gabbed on the phone w/sister
thoroughly appreciated the unconditional love of our big, fluffy, soft, sweet standard poodle
enjoyed the gorgeous spring weather while cleaning the pool
