I am just beginning my raw diet. I take several dance classes and want to make sure I am have energy. Should I be eating meals before or after? Can someone please fill me in on when and what I should be eating?

Well, that's a big question! I'm not sure where you are at in your raw transformation, but if you are just beginning, we eat: RAW fruits, vegies, leafy greens, nuts and seeds. When? Generally whenever you feel hungry.
You can eat them as they are or make recipes. Lots of people star their day with a green smoothie made of fruits and greens. There are lots of food ideas and recipes here. Just search the site by clicking on the banana up at the top of the page. I think there is a thread called "what are you eating right now" or something like that. If you possibly can, get Alissa's book Living on Live Food. It has everything you will need. Personally, I wouldn't eat a ton of food before a dance class, but make sure you've eaten enough so you don't fall over! Best wishes to you!!!!!!:)
